Chapter Sixteen

16:1 I heard a loud voice out of the temple, saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God on the earth!"Now begins the final judgment of the Earth as Moshiach sends out his warrior angels with the Bowls of HaShem's Righteous Wrath.
These final plagues will be released in the order presented and in fairly rapid succession as we approach the final battle. They will overlap and all who have accepted the Mark and all who have embraced Rex Mundi will suffer severely from them. The similarities between these events and the plagues HaShem released on ancient Egypt through His servants Moses and Aaron will be noted in the subtitles. These correlations make interesting studies as HaShem leads His people into the Theocratic Millennial Kingdom even as He led them to the Promised Land of Eretz Israel so long ago.
The First Bowl of Wrath: Boils (compare Ex 9:8-12)
16:2 The first went, and poured out his bowl into the earth, and it became an troublesome and grievous sore on the people who had the mark of the beast, and who worshiped his image.These boils will begin appearing shortly after the Middle of the Week (i.e. shortly after the Abomination of Desolation).
As stated previously, although these events will be grievance to everyone, both sides will be targeting the other. As the first bowl is poured out only those with the Mark of the Beast will be infected with the boils. This will make a clear distinction as the worshipers of Rex Mundi begin to suffer. It will also further enrage them! Remember that throughout these final Seven Years there will be celestial and terrestrial battles raging. Government officials and vigilantes will be livid with jealousy as they see that the followers of Moshiach are exempt from these plagues! This will create situations of ever greater persecution and ever more holy martyrs (Isa. 52, 53).
As we were taught:
Romans 12:19 Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
12:20 Therefore:"If your enemy is hungry, feed him.
12:21 Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head."The more the followers of Rex Mundi persecute the Believers the more coals they heap upon their own heads. The power of Shiloh is the blood of the holy martyrs! For the sake of the Kingdom they will sacrifice themselves again and again!
Matthew 10:38 He who doesn't take his stake and follow after me, isn't worthy of me. 10:39 He who seeks his life will lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.The Second Bowl of Wrath: Sea to Blood
16:3 The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man. Every living thing in the sea died.We saw previously that a third of sea life died, now it all dies! I said in the previous case that the text may not literally mean a complete third had died, but in this case it appears to be a literal fact. All life in the sea is going to die. Every fish, all plankton, all vegetation... the seas are going to become pits of watery death! Imagine the results this will produce, the stench that will fill the air, the loss of food for millions, the loss of employment and trade, the loss of life... the horror.
The Third Bowl of Wrath: Rivers to Blood (compare Ex 7:19-25)
16:4 The third poured out his bowl into the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. 16:5 I heard the angel of the waters saying, "You are righteous O Lord, now as in the past, and undefiled by sin, because you have judged these things. 16:6 For they have shed the blood of the holy ones and the prophets, and you have given them blood to drink. They deserve this." 16:7 I heard another near the altar saying, "Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments."First the oceans, now the rivers!
Note that there are prophets active as well as the others. We must be careful when listening to those who claim to have the gift of prophecy, but it is active today and will be even more so as we enter into the Tribulation Period (Joel 2:28).
The Fourth Bowl of Wrath: Great Heat
16:8 The fourth poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was given to him to scorch men with fire. 16:9 People were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues. They didn't repent and give him glory.There is no reason to take this as anything other than literal. The world government's scientists will doubtless blame the heat on sun spots, on global warming and so on, but as the angels and the prophets and 144,000 Jews and the Great Multitude of Noahide Nazarenes (Gentile followers of HaShem and Master Y'shua) continue to boldly proclaim that these events are God's Wrath, everyone will realize the truth. Everyone will understand that it is HaShem who rules and that it is He who is calling forth these plagues through His Moshiach.
There have always been Believers who recognize the Hand of HaShem in action, but such people are generally ridiculed these days. If locusts destroy the crops such Believers say it must be that we have displeased God and go to their prayer closets. To which their neighbors scoff and argue that these things just happen sometimes. But not any more! As Moshiach sends forth his holy warriors the people will know that it is HaShem who holds and grants these powers and they will curse Him for these plaques! Rather than repenting and acknowledging God they will cling all the more fanatically to the robes of Rex Mundi and Lucifer!
As discussed before in chapter 13, I am convinced that with the acceptance of the Mark of the Beast the marked will be fully possessed and entrapped within their own bodies by demons! Imagine hearing yourself curse God, shaking your fist at the heavens and daring the Almighty to strike you down even though you are utterly terrified, even though you now believe you were wrong and with everything in your being you want to repent, to beg for God's forgiveness... but its too late! You have committed the Unpardonable Sin! The more you cry out the more the demon(s) possessing you laughs and mocks and seals your doom!
The Fifth Bowl of Wrath: Darkness (compare Ex. 10:21)
16:10 The fifth poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was darkened. They gnawed their tongues because of the pain, 16:11 and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores. Still they didn't repent of their works.In the following comparison to the plagues against Egypt we may gain a bit of insight. Darkness would be unnerving perhaps, but it doesn't seem like such a horrible curse, especially if it shields the burning sun. But consider how HaShem used this one before:
Exodus 10:21 Yahweh said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward the sky, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt."Note this, "... even darkness which may be felt!"
Even as the blistering sun had burned and tormented them, now that extreme brightness will be replaced by utter darkness as though someone had flipped a switch.
Exodus 10:22 Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. 10:23 They didn't see one another, neither did anyone rise from his place for three days; but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.Physically tangible, utter and complete darkness! Very few people have ever experienced absolute darkness. About the only way to do this is to visit places like Carlsbad Caverns where, far below the ground, deep in the caverns, the lights are turned off for a few moments. Even in such controlled environments the absolute absence of light is unnerving.
We are not told how long this utter darkness will last, whether for three days as the Egyptians experienced or longer, but during the duration marked people will not be able to do anything! Electric lights and fire torches will not shed light. Nothing they can do will grant them light. Like their souls, their eyes and their world will be utterly, completely dark!
But as with the boils, those who have been sealed by HaShem will have light! In all likelihood there will be no natural light for the Believers either, but torches and so on will give them light. Imagine huddling in the absolute dark and hearing the holy ones walking around with light! Light that even though they are you presence you can not see!
Will this be the striking of the marked blind? I don't think so! Being blind is a different sensation than being in the dark as any once sighted now blind person will attest. And the darkness will be palpable!
The Sixth Bowl of Wrath: The Euphrates Dried Up (compare Ex. 14:21-27)
16:12 The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates. Its water was dried up, that the way might be prepared for the kings that come from the east.We discussed this major event earlier in our study:
Revelation 9:13 The sixth angel sounded. I heard a voice from the horns of the golden altar which is before God, 9:14 saying to the sixth angel who had one shofar, "Free the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates!"These four angels, manipulated by Moshiach, will direct the rulers of the People's Republic of China to undertake a full scale invasion of the Middle East. The Chinese military will swarm across the Euphrates river to confront the Novus Ordo Seclorum government at Har Megiddo and in Jerusalem itself. By this point the entire world will technically be part of the Global Union, however China, Russia and other areas will be so, to one degree or another, in name only. The regional leaders of these areas will be waiting for Rex Mundi to show weakness, then they will pounce on his forces seeking to assert their independence and establish their own global regime. There is going to be world governance. Its just a question of who will rule: Will it be Rex Mundi and his New World Order, Communist China, Russia, the Muslim Ummah... or Moshiach? That will soon be determined at Har Megiddo.
Chapter nine was foreshadowing this important prophetic event. There we read the following:
Revelation 9:15 The four angels were freed who had been prepared for that hour and day and month and year, so that they might kill one third of mankind.
9:16 The number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million. I heard the number of them.
The area being discussed We continue with our text:
16:13 I also saw three unclean spirits, similar to frogs, coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 16:14 For they are spirits, demons who perform signs; who go forth to the kings of the whole inhabited earth, to gather them together for the battle of that great day of God, the Almighty.
The Euphrates River These unclean spirits are demonic generals in Rex Mundi's military. They understand (or have been instructed) that the time for the Battle of Har Megiddo has arrived. They have been manipulating the political and religious rulers of the Earth since the beginning and now they are drawing them to the final confrontation, doubtless confident of their coming victory.
Rex Mundi and the Bavarian Illuminati know these prophecies well! They also have prophecies and they understand that certain events must take place. The Battle of Har Megiddo, World War Three, is one of these destined events.
Even as the People's Republic of China advances its troops into the Middle East, the forces of the Global Union (directed by Rex Mundi) will be doing the same. China will be hoping to vanquish the Global Union from the Middle East and take control of the world's oil reserves. Rex Mundi's forces will be looking to defeat China and to solidify their control of the PRC within the Luciferian Union. Rex Mundi/Lucifer however will understand the deeper significance of what will be occurring!
When discussing the sounding of the Sixth Shofar it was explained that after the Abomination of Desolation and assassination of Rex Mundi the armies of China (the "kings of the East") will attempt to fill the power vacuum assumed to have been left by his assassination. Once Rex Mundi rises from the dead (as Lucifer incarnate) China and other opposition forces will continue to advance, but temporarily in smaller, more covert and regional ways. It is likely that during this period China will have taken control of the territories between it and the River Euphrates. This may well include Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyreyzstan, Tajikstan and possibly Iran and Iraq. Such details remain to be seen. At this point however the Chinese military will roll over these countries and cross the Euphrates as the prophet says.
16:15 "Behold, I come like a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his clothes, so that he doesn’t walk naked, and they see his shame."Master Y'shua explained in the Gospel accounts that these events, and the coming of Moshiach, will be as a thief in the night:
Mark 13:32 But of that day or that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.However he also assured us that if we paid attention we would know the watch of the night:
Luke 12:35 "Let your waist be dressed and your lamps burning.
12:36 Be like men watching for their lord, when he returns from the marriage feast; that, when he comes and knocks, they may immediately open to him.
12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord will find watching when he comes. Most certainly I tell you, that he will dress himself, and make them recline, and will come and serve them.
12:38 They will be blessed if he comes in the second or third watch, and finds them so.
12:39 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what hour the thief was coming, he would have watched, and not allowed his house to be broken into. 12:40 Therefore be ready also, for the Son of Man is coming in an hour that you don't expect him."There is a lot of important truth in these few verses that are worth considering:
The idea of being ready to open the door is repeated at Revelation 3:20 where the Master says -- after the vomiting out of the Laodecian Church -- that he will welcome all who open their "doors" to him. We also have a another reference here to his parable about keeping ones "lamp" ready (Matt 25:1). These are commonly used metaphors of the Master of Parables (Matt 10:34).
Likewise we again have the idea of being properly "clothed" when the time for action comes. In context the meaning is clear. This is not addressing literal nudity. That would make no sense at all in this context. The Greek word himation here refers to any type of clothing. So this verse could just as easily mean, 'don't forget your coat' as 'don't be caught naked'. So what are we being told here? As christianos or anointed servants of HaShem we are being advised to keep our "uniforms" and equipment in good working order at all times. Even though we now know the watch or generation is now upon us, we still do know the exact date when Rex Mundi will arise. So we must be ever vigilant. This is all the more true as the night draws on. Otherwise we may fail when the battle is upon us. When the 'Bridegroom comes' we do not want him to find us unprepared. That's the meaning here. Its the same warning as the Master's parable of the Ten Virgins who were told to keep their lamps ready (Matt. 25:1).
Believers in the Way have been "clothed" by Ruach HaKodesh, HaShem's Spirit. By this point in the Tribulation Period we will have been "sealed" and specifically anointed (as christianos) to serve Moshiach even as we are today called to be Hinderers of the strengthening spirit of antichrist.
Revelation 7:2 I saw another angel ascend from the east, having the seal of the living God. He cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to harm the earth and the sea, 7:3 saying, "Don't harm the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, until we have sealed the bondservants of our God on their foreheads!"We must therefore maintain that holy covering faithfully as we would a dress uniform or field rifle. This is indicated by the word "walk" here as peripateo. This word refers to how one regulates ones life, where ones consciousness is focused. As we walk the Way of Y'shua those who fail to properly regulate their lives and keep their eyes on the prize that is before us (I Cor 9:24) will reveal their gumnos or nakedness plainly. They will be as whited sepulchers to use another of the Master's examples (Matt 23:27). Such people will fail in their service to Moshiach and to HaShem at the critical time. Such people will be truly be shamed by their unpreparedness as these events unfold.
Recognizing the Watch
Matthew 24:43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.Nighttime is divided into four to six 'watches' and sentries are posted accordingly. As the "night" drags on the danger increases. Good soldiers therefore increase their attentiveness as their peers sleep on. In this parable, as the night drags on, it appears that the Master will not come after all. In the same way people have "always believed" he would come soon. "If he was coming," they say, "surely he would have arrived by now" ... but the Master tells us, 'Blessed are those who maintain their preparedness' even into final watch of the darkest night. For such servants the Master's coming will be anticipated because they are ready. They are 'dressed,' their 'lamps' are filled with oil to spare and their wicks are well trimmed. For such Believers the fact that Moshiach has yet to arrive only makes his coming more imminent! This is the importance of the Book of the Revelation of Y'shua the Anointed and why it begins with the words:
Revelation 1:1 This is the Revelation of Y'shua the Anointed, which God gave him to show to his servants the things which must happen soon...
1:3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written in it, for the time is at hand.Neither John nor even Y'shua knew when these things would occur but they left us this book of prophecy so we would recognize the Day of the Lord as it dawned. We were not left in the dark. We were given clear signs so that we would know the generation, the Night, in which Moshiach would come. 2000 years ago Y'shua the Anointed said that even he didn't know when these events would happen (Mark 13:32), but that if we watched and stayed awake we would as the time drew near.
Now we know. We have witnessed the rebirth of Israel and from that key event everything else has been dropping perfectly into place within a single generation, as Y'shua said they would in Matthew 24.
16:16 He gathered them together into the place which is called in Hebrew, Har-Megiddo.We will be discussing this final battle later on.
The Seventh Bowl of Wrath: Storms, Earthquakes, Hail
16:17 The seventh poured out his bowl into the air. A loud voice came forth out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, "It is done!"Recall that during the pouring out of the Seven Bowls no one could enter into the Heavenly sanctuary. Now that "it is done" they return and give glory to HaShem. As these celestial citizens enter the Heavenly Temple of HaShem John continues his reporting:
16:18 There were voices, lightnings, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since there were men on the earth, so great an earthquake, so mighty.Take this literally. The entire planet will be rocked by major earthquakes at this point as HaShem's Wrath is revealed! Desecrated Jerusalem will be divided into thirds, presumably meaning great ruptures will split the City, preventing access and exodus of various parts of it (and making it more difficult for Rex Mundi to deploy his troops). While I expect this to happen literally as written, one can not help but note the obvious irony that the City the Globalist UN has been working so hard to divide into Jewish, Muslim and UN/Globalist sections will be divided by HaShem as we see in the next verse!
16:19 The great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the Great was remembered in the sight of God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.At first glance this seems like an odd place to mention Babylon the Great, but it makes complete sense. As we will discuss in the next chapter (and as we touched on in chapter thirteen), Babylon the Great will be more than a global religious organization. It will control the issuance and maintenance of the Mark of the Beast (even as the Knights Templar once controlled the wealth of the West). As desecrated Jerusalem and the other economic power bases collapse in these earthquakes Babylon the Great will find itself disempowered and cut off. Global communications will go down, international policing will be interrupted by this global cataclysm, the stock markets wont be able to function, the banking system will be in tatters and the City of Rome (including Vatican City) will be in chaos if it exists at all. And HaShem will then 'remember' Babylon the Great and turn His attention to it.
16:20 Every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.The scope of these earthquakes is beyond reckoning. Never before in this Age (since the expulsion from the Garden of Eden) have such dreadful earthquakes occurred. From appearances they will occur everywhere (although some non-biblical prophets speak of safe zones).
Master Y'shua references increased earthquake activity as one of the signs that End of the Age will have arrived:
Matthew 24:7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places. 24:8 But all these things are the beginning of birth pains.And in addition to the earthquakes...
16:21 Great hailstones, about the weight of a talent, fell from the sky onto the people. People blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, because this plague is exceedingly severe.A talent in this context is about 100 US pounds (45.3 kilos). These will be massive hailstones capable of doing extreme damage.
And the majority of people will blaspheme HaShem and blame His Moshiach, the Two Witnesses, the 144,000 Jewish evangelists and the remnant of the Great Multitude.
