In order to understand the symbolism of this chapter we must understand what is a very common biblical metaphor: Spiritual harlotry.
Israel, the Jewish people, is likened to the wife of HaShem in many places. For example at Ezekiel 16 HaShem's choosing of Israel as His wife and her subsequent "harlotry" is discussed. An except from that chapter will illustrate this important prophetic principle:
Ezekiel 16:1 Again the word of Yahweh came to me, saying, 16:2 Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations...
As I discuss on a different topic here, the word abomination is a translation of the Hebrew word tow'ebah (pronounced: to-ay-baw) which specifically refers to idolatrous practices that displease God. This word has nothing to do with sexuality unless that sexuality is directly involved in the worship of other gods.
The Israelites being discussed in this chapter (i.e. Ezekiel 16) were committing abominations or tow'ebah against HaShem. What is of interest here is that this tow'ebah is described as fornication. We continue:
HaShem Chose Israel as His Wife
Ezekiel 16:5 No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you, to have compassion on you; but you were cast out in the open field, for that your person was abhorred, in the day that you were born. 16:6 When I [i.e. HaShem] passed by you, and saw you wallowing in your blood, I said to you, Though you are in your blood, live; yes, I said to you, Though you are in your blood, live. 16:7 I caused you to multiply as that which grows in the field, and you increased and grew great, and you attained to excellent ornament; your breasts were fashioned, and your hair was grown; yet you were naked and bare. 16:8 Now when I passed by you, and looked at you, behold, your time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over you, and covered your nakedness: yes, I swore to you, and entered into a covenant with you, says the Lord Yahweh, and you became mine....
Israel Committed Spiritual Adultery
Ezekiel 16:14 Your renown went forth among the nations for your beauty; for it was perfect, through my majesty which I had put on you, says the Lord Yahweh.
16:15 But you trusted in your beauty, and played the harlot because of your renown, and poured out your harlotry on everyone who passed by; his it was.
16:16 You took of your garments, and made for yourselves high places decked with various colors, and played the harlot on them: the like things shall not come, neither shall it be so....
These "high places" were the ritualistic groves of Moloch, Ashtaroth and so on. The Jews are "married" to HaShem and for them to embrace and cavort with other gods (and/or goddesses) is rightly likened to harlotry. It is spiritual adultery against their Husband, HaShem.
The Ongoing Results of Spiritual Adultery
Ezekiel 16:20 Moreover you have taken your sons and your daughters, whom you have borne to me, and you have sacrificed these to them to be devoured. Was your harlotry a small matter, 16:21 that you have slain my children, and delivered them up, in causing them to pass through the fire to them?...
16:32 A wife who commits adultery! who takes strangers instead of her husband!
The Bride of the Anointed
Y'shua the Anointed continued this common Hebrew metaphor likening Moshiach to a Bridegroom:
Matthew 25:1 "Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom. 25:2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
25:3 Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them, 25:4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
25:5 Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 25:6 But at midnight there was a cry, 'Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!'
25:7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
25:8 The foolish said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' 25:9 But the wise answered, saying, 'What if there isn't enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.'
25:10 While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut.
25:11 Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us.' 25:12 But he answered, 'Most certainly I tell you, I don't know you.'
25:13 Watch therefore, for you don't know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
The Whore of Babylon and Her Daughters
In chapters two and three of our current study we discussed the Seven Church Periods in some detail. There we saw how after the Master's resurrection the Way, scattered abroad with the Diaspora, began accepting Noahide Nazarenes (Gentiles) -- Matthew 28:19,20.
In those two chapters we beheld as the Nicolaitane Heresy gradually usurped the Way taught by Y'shua and how the Nicean Church (the religion based on the Roman Nicean Creed) gradually distanced itself from its Jewish roots and established the "Universal Religion."
Then in chapter three we saw the seventh church period -- known as the Church at Laodecia -- finally vomited out into the Tribulation Period and utterly rejected by HaShem and Y'shua the Anointed.
As the Times of the Gentiles (Luke 21:24) draws to a close and the Tribulation Period begins the Church will be (even now is beginning to be) vomited out and severed from the Tree of Israel (as Paul discusses at Romans 11). Of the final church period we read:
Revelation 3:14 "To the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write:
"The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Head of God's creation, says these things:
3:15 "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot. 3:16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth. 3:17 Because you say, 'I am rich, and have gotten riches, and have need of nothing;' and yet don't realize that you are the wretched one, miserable, poor, blind, and naked...
The Church of today is largely "naked." It has all but lost its divine covering. Large segments of the Church have so thoroughly embraced Humanism, political correctness and eclecticism that Y'shua is presented as little more than a figurehead, as the utterer of fortune cookie pearls of wisdom. Such assemblies and Christians are lukewarm. They stand for nothing and so they will fall for anything... including Rex Mundi when he arises.
Other major segments of the Church have become judgmental and proud. They look down their noses at all others, they boast, "I am rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing..." How these whited sepulchers (Matt 23:27) enjoy judging and condemning others as they boast of their supposed holiness! But they have lost sight of the Saving Grace brought to us by Y'shua! They have forgotten:
I John 4:20 If a man says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn't love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? 4:21 This commandment we have from him, that he who loves God should also love his brother.
BOTH segments of the Nicean Church are, even now, being vomited out in preparation for the rising of the Beast and the False Prophet who will lead them to his worship!
The Great Multitude
And yet there remains within and without the Nicene Church sincere Believers of true and abiding faith and love. To these people the invitation goes out: Be part of the Great Multitude that will serve the Master during the Tribulation Period:
Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent. 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me. 3:21 He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
To these Believers Prophet Paul says:
Ephesians 6:13 Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.
6:14 Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 6:15 and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; 6:16 above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 6:18 with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the holy ones.
After this rather long preference we will now look at this chapter in detail.
Babylon the Great: Mother of Harlots
Revelation 17:1 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great whore who sits on many waters, 17:2 with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and those who dwell in the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication."
The "great whore" will be a spiritual harlot whose power will extend across the oceans to all nations. She will make all, the kings of the Earth and the common people alike drunk with the cup she holds in her hands.
She will be a "spiritual harlot" who once had a relationship with Y'shua but who is now committing adultery against him with Rex Mundi. As discussed previously, our Master will soon finish vomiting the Church out into the Tribulation Period (Rev 3:16) and she will seek another. As Rex Mundi rises she will take him as lover and for him she will offer "temple prostitution" to all the world. This 'global harlot' will be the true "Universal Church" of the near future envisioned for so long by Nicolaitanes.
Understand that Babylon the Great does not yet exist. No church or denomination is Babylon the Great today, INCLUDING Roman Catholicism. The whore exists today as "that woman Jezebel" who works within all religions to deceive and pervert the Light of Truth. We read of her presence in the Church period:
Revelation 2:20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman, Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. She teaches and seduces my servants to commit harlotry, and to eat things sacrificed to idols. 2:21 I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her harlotry. 2:22 Behold, I will throw her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works. 2:23 I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
Note that the text says, "Behold, I will throw her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation..." Jezebel is a succubus who seduces and deceives the world. She fosters apostasy and division and seeks to consume the souls of humanity for her master Lucifer. She has been present within the Way and the Church since its inception undermining the unity of the Believers.
Over the years the Church lowered its guard and embraced her as paramour. Through the Catholic ("universal") Church and her daughters (the Anglicans, the Protestants etc) "that woman Jezebel" has consistently worked to establish a one world religion devoted to her master Lucifer. She had all but won during the Middle Ages but HaShem inspired the Protestant Reformation and all segments of the Church, including Catholicism, drew back from the brink for a time.
But then came the "great falling away" (II Thes. 2:3) of the Laodecian Church Period.
Once Rex Mundi is revealed Jezebel's work will be complete. There will exist a Global Luciferian Religion.
We continue now with 17:3...
17:3 He carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness where I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet-colored beast, full of the names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
This "wilderness" John is witnessing refers to the devastated city of Roma which John, in his vision, had previously beheld in ruins (Rev 14:8) and will again describe below.
We've discussed this scarlet-colored Beast and his symbolism in some detail before in this study (Rev. 12:3 etc). The color of the Beast, usually translated as scarlet, is kokkinos and more closely translates as crimson, the color of royalty. The woman is Jezebel -- the Whore of Babylon -- and she is symbolically sitting astride Rex Mundi. As we will again discuss below, the False Prophet will be the leader of Babylon the Great and High Prophet of the Nicolaitane Order, the Order of "Old Nick."
"Saint" Nicholas
This next point needs to be clearly understood: Unlike Rex Mundi and his False Prophet, "that woman Jezebel" (Rev 2:20) is not an actual person but the personification of the Nicolaitane Heresy propagated by "Old Nick" ("the Stranger") or Lucifer.

The Nicolaitane Heresy, by whatever name, is a movement that has been carefully concealed and developed within the Nicean Church from as early as the late Second Century CE and that has established what today is accepted as standard Christian dogma. Babylon the Great will be the organized, global structure that will arise from this centuries-long endeavor finally realized.
It has been incorrectly taught by some that the fact that Jezebel is sitting astride the Beast might imply that she is controlling him. This is not the case. The Greek words here are kathemai epi and does not support this view. These words simply tell us that "her place of being" (kathemai) is "with" (epi) the Beast. Having been vomited out of the presence of HaShem (Rev 3:16) Jezebel now openly turns to true lover, Nicholas or Lucifer. These words do not reference the relational status between the two in any way. For that relationship we can consider this earlier comment of John's:
Revelation 13:12 He [i.e. the False Prophet] exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. He makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed.
13:13 He performs great signs, even making fire come down out of the sky to the earth in the sight of people. 13:14 He deceives my own people [i.e. the Jews] who dwell on the earth because of the signs he was granted to do in front of the beast; saying to those who dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast who had the sword wound and lived.
Now John describes what will become of Jezebel.
17:4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls. In her hand was a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication.
This is even as stated:
Revelation 3:17 Because you say, 'I am rich, and have gotten riches, and have need of nothing;'...
The boast is not without truth. Through the Church Jezebel wields great power, wealth and influence. By the point John is now describing, she and her lover will appear to be invincible. She is no longer hiding her true Luciferian intentions.
Tcup she is holding that is filled with her abominations refers to all her many abuses of religious AND political authority. For centuries Jezebel has manipulated the Church, altered its teachings, divided its people, abused its power and so on with her Nicolaitane doctrines, her wealth and her malice against HaShem and His Elect (the Jews). Although Jezebel sits as a queen who is "in need of nothing," her vileness has now been "remembered" by HaShem:
Revelation 16:19 The great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the Great was remembered in the sight of God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF WHORES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF WHORES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
This much debated verse sheds a bit of light on Jezebel, however this light does require a bit of interpretation beyond the limits of the literal text. What follows is therefore interpretation on my part but is based tightly on what we are told:
MYSTERY:
This word is musterion and refers to something that is hidden from the masses but revealed to initiates.
It means more than "here's a mystery to figure out," it speaks of the existence of Occult knowledge and Secret Orders and cabals within (and without) the Nicene Church. This Mystery is the Nicolaitane Heresy that has been concealed within certain Orders since the late second century. Most Believers didn't even know these Orders existed but they were always there, under the surface. While the devout faced the alter in prayer to the God of Heaven, these Nicolaitans were worshiping another. They considered the laity to be little more than mindless serfs to be manipulated. Under the Vatican the Roman Mystery cults were recast as holders of the secret doctrines for the continuance and advancement of this Mystery.
BABYLON THE GREAT:
Recall that we earlier discussed the four kingdoms that would rule the earth from Daniel's perspective. The first of these was Babylon. It was explained that King Nebuchadnezzar was a great believer in the Occult and the supernatural. It was also explained that the four kingdoms were like a growing storm that would eventually become the final typhoon of Rex Mundi and his Novus Ordo Seclorum:
These Kingdoms or Empires:
1. Babylonia: King Nebuchadnezzar: Mysticism and the Occult
2. Medo-Persia: Cyrus the Great: Promotion of dualism (manipulation of Zoroastrianism)
3. Greece: Alexander the Great: Globalism, Humanism and cultural unification
And 4. The Roman Empire: Crushing, absolute global power and the merging of religion and state
Babylon the Great will be the Occult religion of King Nebuchadnezzar reborn and the true Believers will be as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego cast into the fiery furnace (Dan. 3). This is why "Ghost Hunters" and other paranormal television shows are now being promoted by the social manipulators. Its the reason for the popularity of topics like Vampires, Angel worship, much of the New Age Movement and so on. Its why so many movies today have dark spiritual overtones or undercurrents. The Elite are preparing the world for Babylon the Great.
THE MOTHER OF WHORES:
Who are the children of the Mother Whore? Seems obvious enough. Among these children will be all the denominations and sects that emerged from Mother Jezebel. This will include the Anglican Church and all Protestant sects. It will include all sects that embrace the Nicolaitane Nicean Creed. But again, Babylon the Great does not yet exist. Once Rex Mundi arises, once the False Prophet is revealed, Babylon the Great will come into existence and all the world's religions will embrace the Beast. AT THAT TIME all true Believers will be expected to resign from these sects and all other religious bodies that embrace the ministry of the False Prophet. This call has not yet been issued.
Also understand that Jezebel did not begin her work in Rome! As the instrument of Lucifer "that woman Jezebel" was present from the earliest times. It was she who whispered seductively into King Nebuchadnezzar's ear to cast Prophet Daniel into the lion's den. It was Jezebel who beguiled the Pharaohs with Occult knowledge and gave them the wisdom of the stars, who established the Egyptian legacy that eventually passed on to the Merovingians (who worship power above all else) and the Bavarian Illuminati (who worship "Old Nick" called by countless names including Moloch). It was she who led Nicholas of Myra and other early "Church fathers" astray and into the apostasies of the Nicolaitane Heresy that separated the Way from its Jewish roots. When the Protestant Reformers demanded the Vatican return to biblical doctrine, it was that woman Jezebel who promoted the infighting that left the Reformation hopelessly divided into thousands of competing sects and prevented it from rediscovering the Way.
The Splitting of the Elm and the Knights Templar
When at Giseau, France, gathered under an elm, the Knights Templar seemingly left the Way, it was Jezebel who lead King Phillipe to conduct the Friday the Thirteenth Massacre. Then it was she who led the Knights to seek protection in Scotland where they became holdings of the Bavarian Illuminati... Or at least, so it appears.
While the following may appear to take us a bit off-topic it does not. The Holy Order of the Knights Templar (aka "the Temple") is largely responsible for the wealth that empowered and sustained the Roman Church and allowed the "Ten Toes of the Roman Empire to maintain global rule as Prophet Daniel foretold. It is largely the Templar created wealth -- held in Vatican vaults -- that will enable the False Prophet to fulfill his foretold role. AND according to some non-biblical prophecies, it will be the Knights Templar who will in the end stand and destroy the Great Whore of Babylon. According to this view, the Knights walk a razor-thin line at all times. For this reason the following is important to understand.
In this study we are focusing almost exclusively on the biblical prophecies, however we should not underestimate the vital role played by the Knights Templar to date nor underestimate the role they may yet play in our near future!
In 1306 King Philippe IV of France (Philippe le Bel) set out to destroy the Order of the Knights Templar. There are many reasons why he wanted to destroy the Order that had once been so honored throughout Roman Christendom, but for now its enough to acknowledge his hatred of the Order.
King Philippe was a power hungry man who was deeply in debt to the Order and had no way of paying off his bills. The Knights, who controlled the wealth of Europa, were not people to be trifled with. For the Knights Templar honor was everything and all debts were debts of honor. Failure to pay had fearsome consequences.
Once while fleeing a Paris mob, Philippe had been forced to take shelter of the Order. Having to seek their protection felt like a humiliation to him. Rather than being grateful for their help his resentment toward the Knights only grew.
Even though he was King of France and well on his way to becoming the most powerful ruler in all of Europa, the fact that King Philippe had no control over the Order's religious, political and especially financial activities filled him with jealousy. At the time (and still today although not so directly) the Order's wealth far exceeded that of not only France but possibly all of Europe combined. The Knights Templar were the only real continental banking institution and the crowns of Roman-spawned Europa were all indebted to them to varying degrees. Possessing the wealth of the occulted Roman Empire (i.e. the shadow government of the Merovingian Elite) the Knights Templar were the true power in Europe. The political thrones all served at the pleasure of the Elite (the Bavarian Illuminati) then as now, but the Holy Knights of the Temple bowed to no one!
Like the Cathers and a few other ostracized sects, "the Temple" maintained much of the original Way teachings. We know for instance that they embraced Arianism (i.e. they were strict monotheists and rejected the Trinity and deity of Y'shua), they maintain the biblical command to honored Shabbat and so on. They further rejected the Vatican claim that only its priests could grant forgiveness of sins and impart salvation. The Temple Knights typically viewed the Vatican at best with suspicion.
By this point in history the Nicean Church was in control, but they were still working hard to root out what they deemed to be heresies (including the "Judaizing" teachings of the Way). The Knights of the Temple, reportedly working with underground Way sects as well as various Jewish and Muslim groups, were making the general acceptance of the Roman Church's authority and doctrines difficult. Because the religious piety of the Knights and their continuing devotion to the Way posed a serious threat to the Roman hierarchies, the Church officials decided they had to be stopped.
Also significant is that at this time King Philippe feared the Order might undermine or even directly challenge his plans to secure the Roman Papacy. While the Knights were no supporters of the Vatican it does appear that they considered themselves members of the "loyal opposition."
King Philippe had Pope Boniface VIII murdered and Pope Benedict XI poisoned. Then in 1305 he successfully had the archbishop of Bordeaux installed as Pope Clement V. In this way Philippe le Bel secured his defacto control over the Occulted Roman world.
Friday the 13th
To block possible opposition from this still thriving Way Order, Philippe drew up a list of fraudulent charges against the Knights Templar. Many of these false allegations are still accepted as accurate today even though few of them really were. In this way the king sought to turn the people against the Knights by propaganda. Utilizing his influence with Pope Clement V, at dawn on Friday October 13, 1307 (Black Friday) Philippe ordered the arrest, torture and murder of every Knight Templar in France and the confiscation of all Templar holdings (some say he believed the Knights had secured the Ark of the Covenant and hoped to gain possession of it!). Although this move by Philippe le Bel was apparently unanticipated by the Order, many of the Knights and much of their vast wealth was secreted away to Scotland the night before (there are some fascinating stories connected to this).
In Scotland the surviving Knights were brought into Freemasonry through Illuminati deception -- the ongoing work of "that woman Jezebel" -- and corrupted and co-opted by the Elite... or so it appears. From public accounts and intentional leaks it seems that the Knights embraced the Masonic Deist beliefs and the new Masonic Order of the Knights Templar was formed. The last major sect of the original Way movement seemingly perished.
Despite the claims of Chevalier Ramsey (1.09.1686 - 5.06.1743), I am convinced that Freemasonry predates the Splitting of the Elm and the arrival of the Knights Templar in Scotland. Freemasonry history is clouded in myth and secret doctrine and this is not the place to delve into these things, but this brief introduction is called for because of the influence, for good and ill, played by both the Knights Templar and the Order of Freemasonry. As an aside, I date its origin to Ormus de Outremer (Ormus of Jerusalem), but this is a topic better suited elsewhere.
The outer form of Freemasonry recognizable today began at Rosslyn Chapel near Edinburgh. Rosslyn was built by Sir William St. Clair (Sinclair), the last St. Clair Jarl (Earl) of Orkney.
He was a direct descent of William de St. Clair, the last Temple Grand Master of Scotland. William de St. Clair as you may recall died while taking the heart of Robert de Bruce on a last crusade to Jerusalem. During that Crusade (if not before) St. Clair made contact with the Knights Templar (and evidence of a relationship between the Order and Robert de Bruce prior to his death seems solid enough). That connection was called upon as the Knights fled Europa.
For the next seven years the Office of the Holy Inquisition devoted itself to destroying the Temple with arrests and murders. Due to lying propaganda a wave of anti-Templar sentiment spread across Europa like wildfire. In 1312 the Pope officially dissolved the Order of the Temple (although it lives on within Freemasonry). In 1314 Jacques de Molay, the last known Grand Master of the Temple was burnt at the stake by the Roman Church. In his death is evidence of his Way faith. As the flames consumed his mortal body Jacques de Molay cried out in Hebrew:
"Vekam, Adonai!"
"Revenge, O Lord!"
The Nicolaitane Elite have managed to destroy most of the accurate information about the Temple Order, but for those who believe that within the original Order of the Knights Templar the Way not only survived the rise of the Vatican System but flourished for hundreds of years, it can be argued that on this Friday the 13th the last organized Way sect of Master Y'shua perished in flames. The shared social guilt of this evil lingers on today as paraskavedekatriaphobia and friggatriskaidekaphobia, the subconscious dread of Friday the 13th and the superstitions about the number 13.
According to some however the history and present service of the Knights may not be as they appear! This possibility is one reason I am including this information here!
The Return of the Knights Templar?
While the Roman Church was/is powerful, it was not all powerful!
Three months after Jacques de Molay's martyrdom Robert the Bruce fought the Battle of Banockburn. This is relevant because in 1306 -- a year before the persecution of the Temple began -- Robert the Bruce was excommunicated from the Catholic Church! Why is this important to our study? As sovereign of his Scottish realm de Bruce was not under Papal authority when the command to destroy the Order was given! This supports the other good evidences that many of the Knights of the Temple found safe haven in his realms.
It seems inconceivable that the Holy Knights would have actually embraced Deism in their hearts or that they, as savvy as they were in worldly affairs, would have allowed themselves to be deceived by Illuminati misdirection. In part for the these reasons there persists rumors that the Knights joined the Masonic Lodge for protection and to uncover their Occult teachings and plans, but that within their own continuing Order they have maintained their roles as defenders of the original faith. Indeed, it is said that this is why a special Order was created within the Masonic System for them in the first place! This view holds that the Knights have always worked from inside the System to Hinder the work of the Elite and further the plans of HaShem for its eventual demise.
Have the true Knights Templar been Hindering the Beast and covertly awaiting the rise of Rex Mundi and his false Prophet in order to stand against them? There are those who believe so. IF this is true, we have a very power band of allies with intimate access to information most can only imagine!
But then, perhaps this is just wishful thinking. It may be that the Knights entered into the Masonic Order and were entirely co-opted and corrupted by the Bavarian Illuminati as most people who study these things believe. In any case, today the Knights appear to be the enemies of Way and defenders of the New World Order. Time will tell.
And the final moniker of the Whore of Babylon:
THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH: We discussed the word "abomination" or tow'ebah above. Jezebel has been spreading wickedness and abominations since the beginning. Now she will be called to account!
17:6 I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the holy ones, and with the blood of the martyrs of Y'shua. When I saw her, I wondered with great amazement.
Remember that John was living and witnessing these things in the first and very early second centuries CE. He was shown what was going to happen to the Way, but at the time he was writing the Way was still a small persecuted sect of Judaism that even the rabbis rejected. What he saw, the global ascendancy and utter betrayal of the Way he had committed his life to since meeting Y'shua, had to have been hard and dreadfully painful for him to grasp. John must have remembered the early years so fondly...
Matthew 4:21 Going on from there, he [i.e. Y'shua] saw two other brothers, Jacob [James] the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. He called them. 4:22 They immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.
Now John -- an elderly man exiled to the barren island of Patmos -- was amazed, astonished and doubtless heartbroken by what he was seeing, by what he now knew to be true. No longer was he the zealous young fisherman who had eagerly left his father's boat upon hearing the Master's summons. Now he had become a sober prophet of deep and troubling vision. John now understood how Rome would subvert the teachings of Y'shua through "that woman Jezebel" (the Nicolaitane Heresy). That process was already underway as he warns in chapter two of the Revelation. The very people who had imprisoned him for refusing to reject Y'shua would, within a few short years, co-opt the Way and murder millions for not accepting him -- something that would have been utterly abhorrent to Y'shua! Or more accurately, for not accepting them as his representative body! Now John understood that eventually, in the name of "Jesus" -- rather than in the name of Y'shua -- the Roman Jezebel would become the Great Harlot! Through her the Nicolaitanes would slay the holy ones (the followers of the Way) as well as the countless future martyrs who would stand against the Beast and his False Prophet. John saw now how Babylon the Great would slay so many Believers as to be drunken from their blood... and John was amazed and disgusted by the evils that he saw being done then and later in the name of the Prince of Peace. We saw how repulsed John was by this realization earlier. While the establishment of the Kingdom was "sweet" what must come first was vile:
Revelation 10:10 I took the little book [i.e. the knowledge gained through his vision] out of the angel's hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter. 10:11 They told me, "You must prophesy again over many peoples, nations, languages, and kings."
This prophesying is now taking place.
17:7 The angel said to me, "Why do you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.
One of the things that makes the biblical prophecies superior to those of Nostradamus and others is that they often disclose their own interpretations. If we can resist the urge to apply our own interpretations the correct meanings are usually right in the texts of the prophets. This is an example.
17:8 The beast that you saw was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into utter destruction. Those who dwell on the earth, whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, will be astonished when they see that the beast was, and is not, and shall yet be present.
If one takes this verse out of context it could mean anything, but in context there is only one logical interpretation: The Beast is the soon-coming Rex Mundi, the Antichrist.
Contrary to those who teach that the Antichrist will be a "System" rather than a single man (who will head that System), note that he: "...was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into utter destruction." This can only be referring to, as we saw previously, the rise, assassination, resurrection (by Lucifer 'out of the abyss') and eventual defeat of Rex Mundi by Moshiach. Rex Mundi will be "the Golden One" and heir to the Throne of Sol Invictus: The Roman Sun God worshiped by Constantine until the day the he died. Babylon the Great and her False Prophet leader will be working to spread the faith of Rex Mundi.
17:9 Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits.

According to legend in 753 B.C.E. the city of Rome was founded on one of Seven Sacred Hills: Palatine Hill. Here's the story of Rome in brief:
King Numitor, ruler of the Italian city/state of Alba Longa was deposed by his brother Amulius. Rhea Silvia was Numitor's daughter and after deposing her father Amulius consecrated Rhea as a Vestal Virgin. As a priestess of Goddess Vesta Rhea was forbidden to marry (this is the origin of the Nicolaitane celibate Orders by the way).
However Mars, the god of War, came to Rhea Silvia in her temple and impregnated her. Virgin birth stories are common in many Pagan traditions. In due course of time, Rhea conceived and delivered two sons: Romulus and Remus. It is obvious how the story of Romulus and Remus was blended into the Nicean recasting of Y'shua (and John the Baptist) but that's a topic for another time and place.
As soon as the two sons were born, Mars took them and abandoned them on the banks of the River Tiber to die. This was a common form of abortion/infanticide in those days -- and still is, except that now the babies are left to die in the back rooms of hospitals and abortion centers instead of river banks and forests:

But the destiny of these boys far exceeded those of similar abandoned children and like Gianna Jessen in the video above. Other gods (probably Sol Invictus) took compassion and sent a she-wolf and a woodpecker (two sacred creatures to god Mars) to care for Romulus and Remus.

The she-wolf ("Lupus") took the boys into her cave and nursed them. In time a shepherd named Faustulus found the boys and brought them home where he and his wife, Acca Larentia, raised them as their own.
When Romulus and Remus grew up they killed Amulius and reinstated their grandfather Numitor as King of Alba Longa. They then decided to build their own city at the site where Lupus the wolf had rescued them.
As Romulus was building the walls of the new city on the Palatine Hill, his brother Remus mocked him, saying the walls were too low. To demonstrate this he leaped over them sarcastically. This angered Romulus and he killed Remus. Romulus continued building the new city, naming it Roma (Rome) after himself.
This city, built on the botched abortion of miraculously conceived twins by a pagan god and the murder of the founder's brother in anger eventually became the fourth of four kingdoms that would rule the earth.
As the prophets foretold today Roma is reuniting as the European Union and forming a Global Union over which Rex Mundi will rule. The Nicolaitane Whore of Babylon will be the official religion of the restored Roman Empire and the False Prophet will serve him.
We now continue with our text:
17:10 There are seven kings. Five have fallen, the one is, the other has not yet come. When he comes, he must continue a little while.
17:11 The beast that was, and is not, is himself the eighth, and is of the seven; and he goes to destruction.
17:12 The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.
17:13 These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
17:14 These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings. They also will overcome who are with him, they are called, and chosen and faithful."
Rome and Vatican City will be the headquarters of Babylon the Great.
The Pope at that time will be the False Prophet.
The ten horns are ten kings: These are the rulers of the European Union as they enter into the Seven Year Tribulation period. They are the inheritors of the "ten toes" described by Daniel as we will see in my verse by verse commentary of that book. These New World Order leaders will rule the globe with Rex Mundi for a time. They will rule in complete agreement with him because, having received his Mark, their consciousness will be absorbed with his will. I discussed this aspect of the Mark here. They will be of "one mind" with the beast as will all who accept the Mark of the Beast.
These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them: As discussed before, "the Lamb" are People Israel, the suffering servants of HaShem. Moshiach will be the epitome of all such servants and so can correct be called "the Lamb." By the martyred blood of these lambs of God and by the Will of HaShem, Moshiach will prevail against Rex Mundi and establish the Global Theocracy with Jerusalem as the capital.
They also will overcome who are with him, they are called, and chosen and faithful: The traditional view of the final seven years is that evil will run amok until Moshiach comes and single-handedly sets things right. Prophet John is clear however that throughout the Seven Years Moshiach will be leading his forces as a general and that together, Moshiach and his faithful servants, will overcome and establish the New Earth. This is by no means intended to belittle the work of Moshiach, however understand that as we go into these terrible experiences all who "overcome" will unlock our true potentials as sons and daughters of God!
Psalm 82
A Psalm by Asaph.
82:1 God presides in the great assembly.
He judges among the gods.
82:2 "How long will you judge unjustly,
and show partiality to the wicked?"
Selah.
82:3 "Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless.
Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.
82:4 Rescue the weak and needy.
Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked."
82:5 They don't know, neither do they understand.
They walk back and forth in darkness.
All the foundations of the earth are shaken.
82:6 I said, "You are gods,
all of you are sons of the Most High.
82:7 Nevertheless you shall die like men,
and fall like one of the rulers."
82:8 Arise, God, judge the earth,
for you inherit all of the nations.
Secular Humanism, Babylon the Great and Luciferianism promise to make us gods as Lucifer offered Adam and Even in the Garden, but we are already so much more than that!
We are the sons and daughters of the Most High! It is God's Will that we awaken to our true potentials!
HaShem gives the real thing while Lucifer can only offer counterfeits!
"Arise, God, judge the earth,
for you inherit all of the nations
17:15 He said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.
Babylon the Great's influence and control will be global. Do not make the mistake of thinking these events wont effect your corner of the world, they will!
The Fall of Babylon
17:16 The ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the whore, and will make her desolate, and will make her naked, and will eat her flesh, and will burn her utterly with fire.
17:17 For God has put in their hearts to do what he has in mind, and to agree, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God should be accomplished.
17:18 The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."
No one is loyal and faithful to a whore!
Rex Mundi will use Babylon the Great to rally the world around him, but once this is accomplished he will have no more need of her services!
In the next chapter (18) we will see the destruction of the Great Whore, always keeping in mind that HaShem rules all things. It will be HaShem who will lead Rex Mundi into turning against the Whore and it will be HaShem who will have revenge for the blood she has spilled even as promised:
Revelation 6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had. 6:10 They cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, Master, the holy and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" 6:11 A long white robe was given to each of them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, should complete their course.
