The prophecies refer to two tribulation periods. The first is referred to as "the tribulation." This period begins with the signing of the peace treaty between Israel and their enemies. During this time, the world ruler seems like a saint. The Jews and countless others, including Christians and Muslims, accept him as the long awaited Messiah and friend of the earth. This tribulation period will last forty-two months or three and a half years. This period is also referred to as "a time, times and a half time" or three and a half times. In this present study, we haven't discussed the divine torments poured out onto the earth during these times. During the first half of the tribulation period the leader is generally considered a political savior, however life is far from pleasant and those then alive will experience sorrows or tribulation during this time as well. The difference will be that the future will look bright.
But then it all goes terribly wrong. The second half of the seven years is called "the Great Tribulation" and likewise lasts forty-two months, three and half years or a time, times and a half a time (compare Rev 12:14). During this period not only does the Son of Perdition reveal his true nature, not only do the nations of the earth rebel and chaos reign, but the wrath of the Almighty God will also be poured out over the earth!
Here however the reference is not to either period of the seven-year tribulation but to the tribulations or sufferings experienced by the participants in the war of Armageddon. I will discuss the Divine Judgments elsewhere. The revelation of the Moshiach will end the war and countless mighty signs will be witnessed in the heavens and on earth. This is reminiscent of the great earthquake that followed Master Y'shua's murder (Matt 27:51) and other events (Acts 5:19 etc.).
Matt 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
The God of the Whole Earth
Following the universal flood described in most ancient scriptures, HaShem entered into a covenant relationship with the Noahides, which is to say, with Noah and his descendants: all of humanity. As a sign of this covenant, God placed the rainbow in the heavens as a reminder of the Noahide Covenant. Now with the Moshiach on earth and Israel's enemies defeated a new sign will be placed in the heavens. Note that this verse doesn't say that the son of man will appear in the sky, but that the sign of the son of man will appear there. What this sign will be we aren't told, however seeing it, the people of the earth will be humbled. Then all will see the sign of the son of man even as all see the rainbow.
The traditional Christian view is that Y'shua will glance over the armies gathered in the Valley of Megiddo, and the soldiers will simply fall dead, their blood flowing to a horses bridle. It isn’t so much a battle according to this view as it is a divine slaughter, likened to a wine press that causes the evil doers to implode. The prophecies however give exhaustive detail of the various armies and the battles that will make up the war. I noted earlier in this study that when understanding prophesy it is best to take the words prophetic literally, unless doing so is clearly not feasible. In this case, while it is certainly possible that God could have the Moshiach fly through the skies on a white horse with a sword protruding from his mouth squashing his enemies as if in a wine press, it seems more credible to interpret these elements allegorically.
Also, the scriptures don't say the War of Armageddon will occur at Tel Megiddo. It say the forces that invade the Holy Land to confront the Rex Mundi will gather their troops there and then march on Jerusalem for the final battle. We'll discuss this war below.
The Moshiach will be a human descendant of Abraham and Sarah, a Jewish man of intense religious piety, who will meet the prophetic criteria, deliver Israel from her New World Order enemies and, through Israel, will then bless the peoples of the earth.
Matt 24:31 And he [Messiah] shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The purport is clear. Due to the intense persecutions wrought upon international Jewry by the Antichrist and global Novus Ordo Seclorum government, the surviving Jews will have gone into hiding. Of course many will never have left the Diaspora. One remnant of Israeli Jews will have fled to the Mountain fortress known as Petra. Upon learning that Moshiach has come at long last to rescue the Jews from annihilation, the Elect from around the world will make their way to the Holy City in joyous thanksgiving. The Times of the Gentiles will have ended and the Millennial Messianic Kingdom will then begin.
The Sign of the End of the Age
We began this study by considering the question the disciples asked Master Y'shua in Matthew 24:
Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the age?
Still Master Y'shua has not answered this primary question.
Now the Master gives the most important sign of all:
Matt 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
To understand this vital prophesy we return once more to the Prophet Daniel and his dream. We briefly discussed this dream earlier in this study.
One of King Nebuchadnezzar's dreams reveals the meaning of this prophetic analogy. Through his dreams, the king gives information about the kingdoms of the world and HaShem's designs for them. When discussing this dream earlier I mentioned that it had a literal fulfillment in the king's life. Shortly after dreaming this dream, King Nebuchadnezzar went literally insane as Daniel interpreted. This dream has a double meaning however. King Nebuchadnezzar was master of the first post-diluvian world kingdom. Due to their transgressions and lack of faith HaShem allowed Babylon to overthrow Israel and bring about the Times of the Gentiles. It is fitting therefore that HaShem would reveal the future of the chosen nation to Daniel, a prisoner of that kingdom. While the dream literally came true during his own lifetime, its second and greater meaning refers to Israel and the working out of God's divine plan of the ages.
In the short-term interpretation of this dream, the imagery of a great tree is used to represent the Babylonian Empire and its ruler Nebuchadnezzar. In its deeper meaning, this mighty tree is Israel, the nation destined to bless the world and restore the global paradise.
King Nebuchadnezzar was allowed to 'chop down' the holy tree of Israel in circa 606 BCE. In his dream, the tree was banded so that it could not grow again until its bands were loosed. This is the same tree referred to by Master Y'shua in Matthew 24:32. There the Master presents the future of the Jewish state and points to its putting forth new leaves as a key sign that the time had come for the prophecies to be fulfilled. Here's the dream again as related in Daniel:
Dan. 4:4 I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace:
5 I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
6 Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the wise men of Babylon before me, that they might make known unto me the interpretation of the dream.
7 Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof.
8 But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,
9 O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.
10 Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great.
11 The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth:
12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it.
13 I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;
14 He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:
15 Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth:
16 Let his heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given unto him: and let seven times pass over him.
17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.
18 This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.
19 Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
20 The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth;
21 Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation:
22 It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth.
23 And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him;
24 This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king:
25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.
28 All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar.
On Friday May 14, 1948, Israel was declared an independent nation. At this point, or in 1967, Israel "put forth leaves" and the Time of the End began. Prophetically speaking, this period either began in 1948 with the establishment of the government of Israel or in 1967 with Zion, Jerusalem, was returned to the Jewish people.
The fulfillment of this key prophetic sign provides a heads-up that the final generation of the age has arrived. We are 60 or 41 years into this generation depending on which event triggered it. In either case, the clock is winding down. This prophecy, the rebirth of Israel, pinpoints the final generation:
Matt 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
We who are alive in this generation, who are witnessing these things right before our very eyes, desperately need to keep our 'lamps ready' (Matt 25), because once this event took place, "...This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled." HaShem has determined that the time has now come for the Tree of Israel to be reborn! Israel is the KEY to understanding the Bible.
With this event, came to pass Paul's prophecy that:
Romans 11:23 ...And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again...
With the establishment of Israel and the return of the Jews to Zion we entered into the End of Days in earnest. At that time the Nicean Church began losing it position, its branches began to be "severed" from the Tree of Israel as Israel began to sprout leaves and bud. This Church is not fully cut off at this point and the Jews are not fully re-established, but this process is well on it way.
To the Nicean or Nicolaitane Church (Rev. 2:6) Prophet Paul issued this stern warning:
Romans 11:18 Boast not against the branches [the Jews]. But if thou [the Christians] boast, thou bearest not the root [father Abraham, Moses etc.], but the root thee.
19 Thou wilt say then, The branches [the Jews] were broken off, that I [the Church] might be grafted in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
We know from Master Y'shua himself that the Christian branches that were temporarily grafted onto the Tree of Israel during the Church Age are doing exactly what Paul warned against here. He also tells what the Nicolaitanes will face as a result:
Revelations 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans [the Nicean/Nicolaitane Church of the Last Days] write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
Again Prophet Paul says:
Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery [i.e. the mystery of God's dealings with his Chosen People, the Jews], lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in [emphasis mine]
.
And again,
Luke 21:24 And they [i.e. those who love God, especially but not only the Jews] shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled [emphasis mine]
.
These Times of the Gentiles are almost up. The Messianic Age will soon begin.
Romans 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion [ie Zion: Jerusalem] the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
When Israel was reestablished as a nation in 1948 (or in 1967 when Jerusalem was regained) this purificatory process began in earnest. Today the Laodecian, Nicean/Nicolaitane Church is being purged form the House of HaShem. Individual lukewarm Nicolaitanes, congregations and even entire denominations are being vomited out (Rev. 3:15-20) or "severed" from the House of God. In many cases this severing is taking place because of their opposition to Israel.
As it was in the beginning...
Gen 12:2,3 ...I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee...
So is it now in the End of Days.
Once Israel is purified through the fires of the seven year tribulation period, the Moshiach will come out of Zion, Jerusalem. This is one reason the New World Order Elite are so determined to divide and destroy Jewish Jerusalem. They know what's going on and their plan is to thwart the prophecies and establish the reign of the Luciferian Rex Mundi.
God's covenants with the Jewish people have never been annulled and they never will be.
The Nicean/Nicolaitane Church even now is being spewed out of God's mouth pieces at a time as individuals and entire denominations turn their backs on the Word of God and the Jewish people. The eternally Chosen People, facing enemies on every side, are gradually being drawn closer and closer to HaShem. Under the coming torments of the seven year tribulation the Jews, as a people, will cry out to HaShem for the Moshiach and then,
Matt 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
To save the Jews the Seven Years will be shortened and "all of Israel will be saved" (Rom. 11:26)
Matt 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
God is in Control!
Understand that the Antichrist, as Lucifer himself, is but a tool God uses to accomplish his Holy Will.
Lucifer is NOT God's opposite. God has no opposite. NONE can compare with Ek Devata, the One God.
In His mercy the One God grants us freedom, free will. It is human free will that has created the world as it is.Where we will go from here will be according to our will as well.
However things are seldom so clear cut. The decisions we have already made weigh heavily on what we can do at any given time and with the vast majority of the human race soundly asleep meaning positive change is not at all likely to occur.
And yet God is merciful hand given us a way out. He has left us a KEY that no one can turn but God Himself. That KEY is Israel.
Because We the People have allowed it, the Antichrist will soon come to power. He is doubtless already alive and active in his own sphere of influence as I will discuss elsewhere. As the religious and political hypocrisy of the Nicean Christian Church continues to increase, as the Falling Away reaches critical mass, as more and more people leave the ways of God and embrace Secular Humanism, the rise of the Beast draws ever closer because as Paul warns:
II Thessalonians 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he [the Antichrist] might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked {Antichrist] be revealed, whom the Lord [the coming Messiah] shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders
What has always hindered evil is faith in God. Despite the existence of occasional hypocrisy and abuse within all religious systems, where the people believe in and love God there is peace. Where they do not, there is chaos and violence. This has historically been demonstrated time and time again. Where there is faith, where the people gather in prayer and where love abounds, there God is present. Where there is no faith, where the people do not bend the knee before God or love their fellows, there is the overspreading of corruption and death.
As in the days of Noah, the people today are busily running here and there like decapitated chickens. Our educators and governments outlaw public religious expression. Our scientists work at disproving religious principles while replacing them with nothing meaningful.
We have become a people who have cast God from our societies by accepted laws and indifference. Our societies legally murder our own children in name of equality, we kill our elders and disabled in the name of compassion and poison our own citizens through the food we eat, the water we drink in the name of capitalism. We as societies have no respect for nature, justice, ethics or morality.
We have, in short, largely become suitable subjects for the coming Antichrist.
This may sound harsh and there are of course many many exceptions, but if God judged Sodom and Gomorrah for their sins our utter condemnation is well over due.
The world will soon reap what we have shown: The Antichrist.
But after these things...
But as it is written,
Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man,
the things which God hath prepared for them that love him
